Former White House strategist Steve Bannon has made a bold prediction regarding the legal battles facing former President Donald Trump. Bannon, a key figure in Trump's 2016 campaign and early presidency, suggested that leftist forces are determined to see Trump imprisoned for multiple years.
Bannon's comments come amid his own legal troubles. He is scheduled to report to prison by July 1 to serve a four-month sentence for contempt of Congress.

This sentence stems from his refusal to comply with a subpoena from the House committee investigating the January 6 Capitol attack.
During a recent appearance outside a federal courthouse, Bannon accused the Justice Department of attempting to silence the "MAGA movement" and grassroots conservatives. "This is about shutting down President Trump," Bannon declared. He vowed to continue fighting his conviction, indicating plans to appeal to the Supreme Court if necessary.
